I had a small issue with an order from sharkninja.com where one of the parts was missing from the box. Nothing major, but still something I needed to get the product set up properly.

I reached out to support thinking it might turn into a whole back-and-forth, but it was actually straightforward. They asked for a few details, checked everything, and got a replacement sent out without making it feel like a hassle.

I also got an email update along the way, which I appreciated. Overall, it was simple, quick, and easy to deal with. Not flashy, just solid customer service.

It blends fine and gets the job done, but the noise is what I notice most. Sometimes it gets loud, which makes it kind of annoying to use, especially if you’re trying not to disturb anyone. It’s okay overall, but that loudness definitely takes away from the experience.

I’ve had mine for years now, it’s still going strong, which is impressive. I bought it quite a while back and half expected it to start showing its age by now, but it has held up really well and continues to work just like I need it to. It’s one of those things I don’t really think about much because it just keeps doing its job, and that says a lot.

I’m surprised by the battery life on this. I can clean my whole downstairs and still have charge left, which is more than I could ever say for my old one. Based on this one, I’d say newer models like this are just a lot better when it comes to battery.

This thing catches dust really well. I was kind of surprised by how much it picked up, it’s almost ridiculous. Definitely does the job.

I bought a Shark vacuum from the site it works fine. Nothing major to complain about, and the delivery was okay too, though it did take a little longer than I expected. That said, for the price, I’m not totally convinced. It feels a bit expensive for what you actually get, and a few parts don’t seem like they’ll hold up for years. I also hate wasting energy messing around with products that feel like they might not last, especially when you’ve paid a decent amount for them. Overall, it’s a decent vacuum, just not amazing value in my opinion

As for the product, it works okay, but it’s definitely heavier than I expected. Moving it from room to room is a bit of a pain, and carrying it upstairs gets old fast. On flat floors it moves decently, but around corners and furniture it can feel clunky. It’s not awful, just not as easy or convenient as I was hoping. Overall, 3 stars feels about right.

I’ve had my Shark vacuum for a few months now, the upkeep’s been simple. The filters rinse out easy, the bin clips back in without any fuss, and you don’t need any weird little tools or anything. Just makes it way less annoying to keep on top of.

To be fair, it does what it’s supposed to, but I just couldn’t get comfortable with it. The handle feels a bit awkward in my hand, and the buttons aren’t placed in a very natural spot. After using it for a little while, my hand started getting tired fast. Maybe it works better for someone else, but for me the design could definitely use some improvement.

I bought this from SharkNinja i use it all the time now. At first I thought it might just be one of those appliances that sits on the counter, but actually no, I reach for it constantly. It’s great for quick meals, snacks, and reheating leftovers without having to pull out a bunch of other stuff. The settings took me a little while to figure out, but once I got used to it, it became super handy in the kitchen.

It showed up later than expected. A bit annoying, honestly. The tracking was mostly fine though, so at least I had a general idea of where it was...

It works okay, but cleaning all the tiny little parts is such a pain. The thing is kind of a high-maintenance little nuisance, and I find myself using it less just because I don’t want to deal with the cleanup afterward.

The packaging showed up torn and the product was barely protected inside. Come on now, at least make sure it’s packed well enough to survive shipping

Still felt the prices were high, and the codes didn’t work for me. Was hoping to save a bit, but no luck.
